New workouts from Cammilla and Saszeline
Our Brand Ambassadors Cammilla and Saszeline have made this amazing workout in two parts: upper body with power bands and lower body with power bands.
Part one of this workout: Upper body with power bands primarily targets the upper body, which includes the upper back, core, chest, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Moreover, a lot of these exercises are great, to strengthen the stabilizing muscles of the shoulders, which will help you prevent injuries.
Part two of this workout: Lower body with power bands primary targets the lower body, which includes the legs, calfs and glutes. Moreover, a lot of these exercises are great for strengthening the stabilizing muscles of the hips, knee and ankle joints, which will help you prevent injuries.
We recommend you use a medium or hard elastic band for this workout.
